Medaxis Solutions LLC provides durable medical equipment (DME) including mobility equipment, orthopedic braces, and related products and services across the United States. We help patients verify insurance coverage, coordinate with their healthcare providers, and deliver high-quality medical equipment.

Certain products may require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. By submitting a request, you authorize Medaxis Solutions to contact your healthcare provider and insurance company as necessary to verify benefits and obtain documentation required to fulfill your order. You are responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance, including copays, deductibles, and ineligible services.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order is processed, though times may vary based on product, location, insurance verification, and shipping carrier delays. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or, where applicable, your address.
If you do not receive your equipment, if it arrives damaged, or if you are unsatisfied with the product, please contact us as soon as possible. Please allow up to 7 business days from the time you notify us for our team to investigate and resolve the issue via replacement, exchange, refund, or other remedy as appropriate. Our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any.
